Impact Silver – A Comprehensive Production and Exploration Update
Fred Davidson, President and CEO of Impact Silver (TSX.V:IPT – OTC:ISVLF) joins me to provide a complete update on production and exploration plans for this year. The Company just released its 2020 financial and operating results that showed net income of $2.3million. When it comes to exploration the Company is focusing on both brownfield targets that can be brought into production in the near term and greenfield targets with the goal of making a big new discovery.
If you have any follow up questions for Fred please email me at Fleck@kereport.com.

Great to hear the update from Fred on Impact Silver. They had solid Q4 and full year 2020 results from operations, which is very nice to see in the Silver sector after so many rough years, but I’m much more interested in their exploration prospectivity at multiple targets.
I like that they have both brownfields exploration around their Guadalupe Mine/plant, and Capire mine/plant, as well as Alacran (which had previous historic artisanal mining and apparently needs to be dewatered). In addition their greenfield exploration at San Ramon, Veta Negra, and their Valley of the Gold targets at Carlos Pecheco and Chapinal seem quite intriguing.
Wishing Fred and the IPT team great success with their mining and exploration for the balance of 2021.
Speaking of great drill results with Silver & Gold…. the recent drill hits from Vizsla were stellar. I had posted this on yesterday’s blog, but since this one on Impact is more focused on silver & gold exploration these results deserve the repost.

(AXU) Alexco is another widely follow silver stock and this was a good interview from the recent MIF that was just put up on their site today:

Thanks for putting that all together. It seems like all these great fundamentals should be moving the PM markets forward.
Sure thing David. Yes, the PM sector is under selling pressure, so the good fundamentals are currently being over-shadowed by lower prices, but eventually, when investors look for quality names, those company fundamentals will matter again. Until then, and during the correction, I’m continuing to look for the companies doing the right kind of work to set themselves up for longer term success, and adding to positions as they correct downward to average into a solid cost-basis. I’m very comfortable adding to companies like Impact, Vizsla, or Alexco mentioned above, and many others not mentioned, if they pull back further by 15-30%+.
For today though, I was mostly adding to cannabis and uranium stocks, which were also correcting some.
I haven’t done drugs yet but did add to Azarga today.
David- I hold Azarga Uranium and saw that they had news out today.
My purchase in the Uranium space were just adding a little to my Energy Fuels and Denison positions (both of which I had trimmed back earlier in the year at higher prices).
As for the pot stocks, I started a new position in the ETF (POTX).
I also added just a bit more to a junior Lithium Ion Battery manufacturer Electrovaya.
In the PMs I sold Baru Gold.

Impact is backtesting an important speed line as well as its pre-covid peak.

Good Impact Silver charts Matthew. Thanks!
If the backtest of the speed line fails to hold as support, and if Silver does pull back lower to the $22 target many technicians have mentioned, then would you think that bottom prong of the fork you posted would be the next level of support?
(I put a blue ellipse in the area I’m talking about)
https://cdn-ceo-ca.s3.amazonaws.com/1g67ts6-Impact%20Silver%20Chart%20Support.JPG
The other thing about that level is it would fill that old gap from last May.
Yes, the next support you circled is correct. Notice that price is currently about 50% of the way between that support and the fork resistance above. This suggests that the current level has some importance even without the speed line support.
Thanks. That makes sense, and it would be nice to see that level hold, rather than testing the next level down, but if it gets down to that fork support then I’ll add some there.
If it does go there, I bet it will happen quickly and not stay there for long.
Here are a few more nearby potential supports:

Thanks Matthew. Yes the 61.8% fib retracement looks like another key level of support, and an area to add another tranche.
Thanks for the charting Matthew.
Great Points Ex!
Your doing your homework..
Thanks Glen. Yes, cramming for the exams… 🙂
I have no doubt impact is going to break through that support. That what my technicals and pattern are telling me. And when it does we can begin to purchase for the ride up
Silver’s low today happened at an interesting support:

Bob Moriarty at 321 Gold talks about the Metallic Group of companies:

Summa and Gogold news on drill results. I have Summa which is in Nevada but do not Gogold which has had good moves in past and I think they are Mexico. Both have good silver with gold.
Summa looks a little better on silver and gold today.
Added some Summa and a small amount of Wallbridge. Looks like possibly an up day.
Yes, Summa had a very high grade hit out today, but it was a very narrow intercept. Still, it is nice to see, and further confirms the same Silver trend that Blackrock Silver is on in Nevada.

There is no way to know for sure what to do as long as Regulators do not Regulate. As long as corruption is the rule, then criminals determine market action. It is that simple.
Glen;
Thanks for the response. It was somewhat rhetorical and was somewhat directed at a conversation I had with Ex yesterday concerning Vizsla. I wanted to add to Vizsla and was looking at trade offs. I considered several other silver stocks and thought I hadn’t heard anything about Impact for awhile and had a small loss. So, I sold about half and about an hour later Cory puts up an interview with Impact…with great info. Part of my thinking was that I could get a gain in Vizsla before Impact moves. Well…currently Vizsla is up over 9% and Impact is up over 11%. I imagine Ex is still chuckling over my brilliance. 🙂
David, at least your Vizsla is a “buy” on the daily chart and is also the stronger of the two on the weekly chart, at the moment.
Thanks Matthew for the input. Vizsla been doing well today. I put my Covid Mask over my eyes and threw a dart. Well, the second dart…the first one hit the dog.
Thanks for elaborating David! Understood..
All the best..
Since they started bouncing around printing more money for infrastructure, I added to Granite Creek Copper today. It went to the bottom of my charts at about -10%, so I figure that was a red flag to add. We will see.
Telson all of a sudden taking off.
David.. CVX.V… another infrastructure stock worth considering.
Ann:
Cematrax. I never heard of it but will look into it. Thanks.
Ann:
Thanks. I made another response that is out for approval. It seems to happen if it is the last entry in a thread. It will probably show up. Cematex. I will look into it.
I will add when they find the “elephant” unless it is in the room with me…
